- NANique ANov 26, 20242.0I’ve debated about posting a review thinking things would get better but they haven’t. I have been coming to this store for years. And I loved it. There is one employee who knows me every time I come in and always recommends things for me I for me to sample her name is Hayden. I really can’t say much about the others but they are kind as well. Recently, I have been dealing with an employee name, Rose. I came in for some samples, and I did not realize that there was barely anything in there until I reached home once I saw the amount of the sample I got I realized there was no way I could even try the make up. So I went back a couple days later and asked if there was a way to get more saying that there’s not even enough in there to sample with the rest of my make up product Rose told me that She is only supposed to give a splotch and that is it. I then told her I could do a splash in store I’m trying to figure out if it will still look right with the rest of my makeup. After that, I felt there was an attitude and Following every time I go in there is a semi attitude. I now dread going to the store if roses is present. I even recently have went to a different Sephora to get samples And asked about the splotch And spoke with a manager as well And she said that they at least give enough to do one day of make up. I do not like writing a negative review but this situation has up set me.
