- GSGinger SeitzNov 3, 20244.0I normally don't go to this Sephora only in hopes of seeing two employees I see whom always go above and beyond for me,and I just love chitchatting with them,one is Rose and the other one I always forget her name. The other night, I had the displeasure of dealing with an employee named Morgan. I dunno if she was having a bad day or what...but she came off rather rude and stuck up, asking her if she carried the shiseido eyelash curler,she said she never heard of the brand(fair enough),and that they 'dont sell Japanese products' despite the fact the Tatcha display was right behind her...she just didn't seem like she could be bothered to look at the brands name and eyelash curler that I was trying to show her on the site. The encounter unfortunately did leave a bad taste in my mouth to the point where I think it'll be abit before I decide to return. I'll be sticking with Ulta for a little while before returning.
