The lady who did my bad clearly had very little experience, it took her over 2 hours to do a wash and flat iron and I have short hair! When I left my hair was so oily and weighed down, I ended up going home to rewash and style it myself. I will never go to this JCPenny’s again!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and find a different salon.
