Moreover, it’s uneven and short. Makes me feel very disappointed. I am not a go to parlor person every now and then. So, this once a year thing is very important for me. And, it got spoilt this time!

She didn’t cut my kids hair right at all, couldn’t seem to even style it right with the products she was using, and finally Allison stepped in to fix it. Allison- unfortunately I can’t just give you a rating, but you deserve a 10/10.

- MJM JJul 21, 20252.0So, I went here a few months ago and saw Lisa. I told her I wanted a sheer cut. She started drastically layering my hair instead, she wasn't paying attention at one point, cutting my hair while talking to a co-worker, so some of the hair she was trying to cut was unaligned a falling through her fingers. She then looked at me and my concerned face and cut it all like that anyway. She also made a comment about no comb/brush being able to get through my hair after I said I use a wide-toothed brush and it works fine. She yanked through my hair, never trying to stabilize my head, the roots, or going gentler. She also caught my earring pretty hard and never apologized. When she was blow-drying my hair, she just stayed on one spot on my right side and it burned. I called months ago, they said a lady, Don, would get back to me. She never did. I'm saying something now cause it's been so long, someone at Square One did a great job trying to fix it, and it's still so bad (far from what I wanted) I wear it up most of the time. Not cool, Lisa.
