  We love Sephora! Great products good choices! The staff here was friendly and helpful! For being a location within a mall, this Sephora felt small, with less selection than others.

  Dee was very helpful, assisting me to find a variety of products. She was very friendly and knowledgeable with recommendations for my skin type :) very refreshing to encounter such a nice person

  Thank you to Chloe and the other ladies working at Sephora at Belden Village Mall tonight. They were all very pleasant. We came here after leaving the Kohls Sephora with nothing and having a bad experience, however this location made up for it! We ended up buying $200 worth of skincare products we are excited to try. They treated us with excellent customer service.

  Great customer service. Was greeted right when we walked in and a lady ( wish I got her name) was quick to help my find my item and help me with an issue I had with a product that was purchased from another store that was used and the wrong color that the packaging stated. She called the manager over to help us and she fixed the problem even when she said normally they could not. Amazing customer service. That manager knows how to run a store and what a great customer experience is all about!

  emily was very very helpful. I love this location already because I came here after they first opened to get my wedding makeup and the girls were absolute sweethearts, I don’t frequently shop for make up, I try to let it run as much as possible, but I’m also a big drugstore makeup user, i came in with a gift card from christmas and a super to the point list and wanted to keep it price friendly and she helped me find everything i needed and kept it perfectly in the range of my gift card. she was such a sweetheart and very helpfull. ❤️
