  This Sephora location is always so helpful. I am always greeted when I come in and the other day I stopped in for my ride or die concealer I hit pan on. Unfortunately they were out of stock, but the worker was SO awesome and helpful. She got me checked out and ordered one to ship to my house and even sent me home with a little bit of a sample to get me through the days I had to wait for it!! I was so blown away by her consideration! Warms my heart to see customer service like this, feels rare these days but truly ensures I can rely on this location! I will continue to support and recommend this Sephora location! <3

  Staff is rude. Rushed us while shopping- Kept reminding us of the time, then had no idea how to find the fragrances we wanted to purchase, After spending $250, on our way out the door I noticed a cream and stopped to look at the price and was told we had to leave already because they are closed - Rude. Sephora is a great store .. please do better hiring individuals with actual customer service skills ro compliment your business.

  MOST of the staff are friendly, the check out girl and the guy walking the floor were very nice, but I felt very uncomfortable that a the girl working by the door around 2:45-3ish (dark hair) was following me everywhere like I was stealing. It made me uncomfortable that every time I turned around she was looking at me like a hawk. I am going to go back to Ulta from now on. I spend so much money here just to be followed around like that. So disrespectful. I was going to keep shopping, but decided to just buy the items I had and leave. I understand needing to have loss prevention, but stop hounding your customers like maniacs. Watch from a camera instead of being intimidating and weird.

  Had a makeup appointment for a wedding with Chloe, she was absolutely amazing! My makeup looked superb and I got so many compliments!
