- ABArjun BajwaFeb 16, 20251.0I dealt with the most incompetent worker named Christine, she was extremely rude in store and I felt as if I was being questioned in my profession. What I am using product for is not any of her business, I am here to buy product and go about my day not explain a whole color process to your employee. I then called after I left because I felt as if I was charged the incorrect amount for a product so I called to ask about the price, during the call she was extremely rude and AGAIN tried to tell me, the professional and licensed stylist, that I had no clue what I was talking about. I am not using my real name because I don’t want to feel uncomfortable shopping when I need product. She is on a serious power trip and I am almost certain I am not the only customer that has had issues with her.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
