    Went in to purchase product this evening. Found a sale price online and went to store so I did not have to wait for shipping. 3 employees (including one manager) behind the salon register took 20 minutes to get a customers payment correct. Of course we were not greeted or helped until they solved their issue. We waited. We are then told that they do not honor online prices and would have to have product shipped to store from online order AT A COST TO USin order to get the sale price! The same product mind you that I have in my hand. I accepted defeat because I was not willing to argue with obvious lack of sense. Looked at the website again on he way out which said price matching available in store. I returned to the counter. Manager disappeared, other employees doing their own color and hair were too busy to try and make the sale work! What a horrible show and terrible service! Go anywhere but here! Try another place, ANY OTHER PLACE! If they treat simple cash sales like this, imagine how poor they treat people who actually require effort!
