  Your staff is rude and thinks it’s okay to tell parents how to handle their kids and make comments that should stay in their heads. Do better

  If I could give this place a 0 I would. My hair is choppy, uneven and overall wasn’t what I asked for. The stylist seemed like she panicked with how much of my length she cut off and then just didn’t stop. Didn’t say anything to me, absolutely atrocious experience.

  I don't understand why they've got employees working a customer facing position where they can't speak or understand English, the lingua franca of the USA, to where I have to repeat my phone number and address numerous times because they don't understand English sufficiently to be in that position. I like to have an employee that I can actually communicate with on an equal field, that is we understand each other clearly, and that cannot occur if either party doesn't know English equally. If that's not possible for the individual than the company should be intelligent enough to realize that it doesn't make sense to put someone in a communication role, such as a front facing position, who is incapable of sufficient communication due to a language barrier. It makes ZERO sense.

  I brought my 2 and a half year old here this morning for a walk in trim and let me tell you, the service, ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! We were immediately greeted with smiles and warm welcomes from the girls at the front desk, the girl with strawberry blonde/red hair (I didn’t get her name) did my son’s hair today and her interactions with him were so heartwarming!! She talked to him the whole time, made sure he was comfortable, and worked around his squirmyness! They got a package delivered while my son was getting his hair done and he got excited over the big box and the ladies let him help open a smaller box that they had received all while he was still getting his hair done!! After he opened the package, he got bored with the item so the woman grabbed a handheld Bop It toy for him to play with!! Not to mention the most important part, the cut itself, is PERFECT!!! My little man looks exactly how I wanted him to!! All of the ladies there were so nice and funny, they genuinely made my entire weekend. We will definitely be coming back!! Thank you so much ladies!!
