I signed in online, got there before I got the text saying I would be up in 15 mins, then proceeded to wait an HOUR after I received the text, while they kept taking people ahead of me. Six people, either on the wait list after my name, or walk-ins. When I finally stood up and yelled asking WHY I was being ignored, one of the four women working told me I was supposed to check in at the desk upon arrival. Every one of these women looked right at me when I walked through the door! Not a single one of them said anything!!!! Terrible customer service!!! Never again.

Of all the stylists who have cut my hair at this one, I've been happy with everyone. They are friendly, skilled, and super efficient!! All of them are also great with kids. They are convenient being right off Gender Road. They have a nice place that is clean and well kept.
