I returned today, and the SAME therapist was sitting there waiting on me!!!! What kind of a boss puts a customer back into a hostile situation? I do not trust them anymore. I was going to leave, but I decided to accept the massage but I didn't tip. I won't be back. The intial agreement was a free massage. I have the money, but when you've given me the SAME therapist, something is really wrong with management. Also, the woman at the front desk just sits and gossips. 😡
