The lady asked two questions and then gave my husband the worst buzz cut I’ve ever seen. He didn’t even want a buzz cut, his hair has been thinning and now it’s gone. He has been wearing a hat ever since. Poor guy has to get his license renewed next week.

I then sit there for 15-20minutes, not a soul acknowledges me or asks if I've checked in. I love leaving good reviews for businesses, credit when its due. That's not the case here

It's at least 3 inches shorter than I asked for. I keep going back because it's cheap but would rather spend$500 on a haircut next time rather than trust anyone from this place.
