- JSJacob ShawApr 3, 20262.0Overall, I’d say that I’ve had decent experiences here, asides from an unfriendly stylist, which isn’t uncommon for Great Clips. There was one time, however, where I had an experience where I was waiting to be called back, and I overheard a conversation that a stylist was having with a customer. This customer was from a foreign country, and he had said something about his family back home. She asked where he was from, so he told her the country. She immediately started interrogating him, asking all sorts of questions. When he came here, why he came here, did he come here legally, etc. and was extremely rude. I truly felt embarrassed to go to this Great Clips and give them my money, when there are employees who act in such a manner. That should’ve made this review a 1 star, but I wanted to give the kind stylists the benefit of the doubt.

She did a Terrible job cut the sides way too much! Had to go back manager, had to help her because she had no idea messed my hair up even more after I told her to not use the razor on the side that she cut too many hair on I would prefer the one in Vandalia my normal hairstylist there is named Natalie. She is amazing! She would never rip you off like that! I am warning all of you do not go to this great clips

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
