They asked if he checked in online, he said yes. The list displayed him as #1 in line. Blonde lady finished a haircut, two guys walk in, say they checked in (they were down the list, after my bf) & she seated them for cuts right away. My bf gave his name & said he was next, we had been waiting. She said “Okay? Someone will be with you.” As we were leaving we heard mumbling and laughing. Totally unprofessional, waste of gas and time. Why have the check-in/list of your space in line if you’re going to disregard it? No other Great Clips has treated us this way, as we’ve been to many in the area. Not going back.

At 4:30 I decided that I guess I have to go to sports clips because the information I’m getting isn’t factual. Very disappointed that I waited over 90 minutes and still have to go get a haircut.
