I was convinced she wouldn't let them cut it. Our stylist was Pam and she was absolutely fabulous! She seated my mom and put the cape on her. She let my daughter sit on her lap and put a cape on her as well. When spraying my mom's hair to get it wet she took care to spritz my daughter. She allowed my daughter to have her snacks while sitting with my mom and when she was bored of that she was ok with my daughter standing in her station and watching. She talked to my daughter about what was going on around us. The hair clippers, the blow dryer and clean up. When it was time to cut my daughter's hair she let her sit back on my mom's lap and was so gentle with her and so patient. My daughter was afraid of the blow dryer and Pam showed her it wasn't scary and it was warm by gently letting it touch my daughter. We couldn't have asked for a better first haircut experience. She also gave us a first haircut card so we could put clippings of her hair in it! Pam truly made it special for us.
