My experience with you alone is the reason for the 5 star rating, otherwise it would be 2 stars. More experienced help is definitely needed, and not just at this location.

I was not greeted at the door and literally was in there for 30 minutes and not 1 person acknowledged me until I encountered Randi. Randi was helpful and pleasant but the 2 cashiers have absolutely no business working in customer service. I inquired about the birthday gift and was rudely told “nope not here not today” when I asked could I pick something else it was the same response. Every question I asked was met with nastiness. This is one of the worst ones. I will not be back.
