Monica was down to chat about my long love of Lush & products like R&B changing names to Revive. Scents long revived too! 😉 Seriously made our night, our mini trip to Cleve extra fun & it's the lil things. I venture to a Lush maybe 2~3 times a year. We drove all the way from Youngstown and the store manager Ray Jay and Monica opened up and let us look around and make a few purchases. They were so welcoming and so excited that we were excited. They even took time to cut us a sample of bar soap. Very nice. Very professional. They didn't have to unlock the doors and let us in. But they knew how happy we were to have the experience. Thank you both. We will be back soon.
