  I want to preface by saying I didn’t want to write a bad review. In this economy especially I don’t want to be responsible for potentially affecting someone’s livelihood. However, I got a bad haircut I think is unacceptable and don’t want someone else to have the same experience. I asked for a trim and when I left I couldn’t even put my hair up in a clip anymore. There were gaps in my hair like chunks just cut out, the layers were extremely uneven and it looked like a shaggy bob with random extensions clipped in the back. The proportions were just really off. Pictures of my hair a few days before and after the service. I’m not sure of the correct spelling but the hairstylist was Keisha. I went back the next day to get it fixed and the other stylist and assistant manager acknowledged it was a bad job. The other stylist did her best to fix it but said she would have to keep cutting shorter to get everything even and I should just let it grow out. I had to pay to go somewhere else to get the layers evened out. I have had a wonderful experience with other stylists at this location (hence my rating) however I will never be back.

  3 out of 4 stylists did not cut a straight line on a basic #3 undercut. Had to go back the next day to get it fixed. They were nice about the correction and didn't charge for it, but still unimpressed. Great Clips is not great, but you can get in quickly. No line and cheap prices.

  The problem is, at the Great Clips you don’t even know the name of who did your hair. My first experience was good but the recent one was meh. I knew what I wanted, had a screenshot on my phone that I showed to some male haircutter who didn't introduce himself. He did a completely different haircut from what I wanted, and who asked you to blow dry??? Only because I am a grandma with white hair, this doesn’t mean that you do one of the “little old lady haircut” styles. No sir, you do what I WANT. Still had to pay a tip regardless. I was pissed. Went home, took my good old scissors and cut my hair my own way in front of my bathroom mirror. It wasn’t perfect but if you use some hair products, it looks not bad. Definitely better than at the Great Clips. Am not setting my foot at the Great Clips anymore and don’t recommend to anyone.

  Says they open at 8am Saturday. Showed up at 8:30 the workers refused to unlock or open the door while just staring at me? Never seen anything like it. Don't use this location.
