  Very very disappointing experience. The stylist cut my daughter’s already curly hair much shorter than requested and refused to give her the bangs we asked for, continuing to cut it far too short. They didn’t even finish by blow drying her hair. I also felt extremely uncomfortable during the visit. I wear a hat for religious reasons, and the staff repeatedly stared in a way that felt excessive, judgmental and unwelcoming. The communication and treatment felt different compared to others. I will not be returning.

  Need a facial? Colleen is amazing! I got the signature hydration facial and Colleen also massaged my shoulders. It was so relaxing and my skin feels so soft.

  Melanie is amazing… very kind,I can tell all the staff seems to be very respectful and professional, the places is clean and welcoming. Prices are not crazy.

  I am unable to leave 0 stars but please regard this review as such. I truly do not like leaving these types of reviews but feel the need to in order to warn others. I had seen Loretta for years for icy blonde highlights and she did a wonderful job. Recently, when I decided I wanted to see her for color, she did not deliver well. I went to her with fully natural, uncolored hair. I wanted very light brown/caramely highlights in my medium brown hair. She said she would be able to do it and then ends up giving me some kind of light blonde highlights. I hadn't asked for any blonde! Silly enough, I scheduled another appointment for her deciding to ask for full icy blonde highlights. Even though my hair already had blonde and she had always told me in the past that my natural color was very easy to lift to the blonde I wanted, she suddenly said it would take a couple sessions! A cash grab? Perhaps. I was deeply dissatisfied leaving her chair that day. My hair had multiple shades of blonde, some brassy and some almost white. It just looked terrible and I was a bit embarrassed. The saving grace is when I called the salon and explained the situation I did receive a full refund minus the tip I had given. They offered to have someone else fix it but of course I would not want to return to a salon I had had such a negative experience at. The girl I talked to also mentioned Loretta said she did not want to do my hair again as she felt we were "not a good match." The understatement of the century! It just doesn't make sense though because we used to "be a good match" and she had always done my hair so well. Not to mention, one of the appointments I went to, the stylist next to Loretta was complaining so viciously about how "horrible" her husband was for very silly reasons might I add. This lady's client and Loretta herself basically all started a conversation about how horrible their husbands/men in general apparently are! I didn't contribute much to the conversation, as I couldn't have disagreed more. Refund aside, I was overall very disappointed with my experience at this salon. Bad service and lying coupled with conversation revolving around trashing men. Save your time and money and go elsewhere for your hair needs.
