The staff were always polite, but the quality of the services was consistently low. During my last visit, the technician seemed unwell and did a very poor job, which ultimately led me to cancel my membership. I tried canceling through their website multiple times, each time receiving a message that someone would contact me—but no one ever did. I eventually found an email address and reached out. I was told my membership would be canceled and that I’d be refunded for the months I was still charged. While the membership now shows as canceled on their website, I never received the refund. I’ve emailed them numerous times since with no response, and I’m now having to consider legal action. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution against going here—especially against signing up for the membership. 11/24/2025 Update, So the response to my review was that someone attempted to contact me, which was not true. I sent a email to them right after and still no reply and no refund. Just a bad way for them to do business.

From the time that my father walked in until he left he was not only treated like a king for his birthday. But the service was impeccable thank you to the staff at the front desk. Thank you Mike for making my Fathers beard look extra sharp and his skin flawless !!! Well done!!
