Last time my beard was left quite uneven, they skipped my eye brows until reminded- didn’t put the cover back on me and trimmed them (poorly, not how I asked) and let the hairs rain down on me. Then ignored me while I waited at the register. Typical experience here. Atleast the lady was not rude like they usually are. I tip very generously thinking it will improve the service and encounter but it never has.

I got the sharpest V cut in the back ever. Not to mention the layers were horrible, uneven and CHOPPY. I had chunks missing from my hair. I had to go get it fixed elsewhere and the sweet hairdresser was asking me if the used kitchen scissors it was that bad. How do you accidentally take chunks out of someone's hair. Heed my warning and don't go here unless you're getting a buzz cut. My hair was not to mention crooked. The stupid v cut I didn't want was skewed to the right...
