Both of their haircuts look like a disaster and my fiancé said the lady who did his hair was rough and it clearly shows from the scratches on the back of his head. I don’t even know what they did to my son’s hair but it looks like they gave up halfway through the cut! They don’t even try to clean them up, my son has so much hair in his ears, I’m really just grossed out. Clearly nobody there wanted to be there today, and it shows.

I was there right when the store opened and walked out to my car 14 minutes later. She literally cut my very thick but short hair in 8 minutes. It didn't look bad at first, but when I got home to style it the way I do, my bangs had been cut too short so my thin spot now showed, and the angle on the sides was nearly non existent ...again. The neckline was not cut straight. There is also one spot on the left side cut so sure that I cannot get a curling iron around it. I did say that I wanted my haircut shorter, but after growing my bangs out for 2 months, I can't believe that they were chopped again! It's TOO short. I did contact customer service and her back from the general manager nearly immediately. She did say that she would be talking to the stylist and she also recommended other stylists and other salons. The general manager is literally the only reason I'm going to give Great Clips another try and not give it less than three stars. I have gotten good cuts from Great Clips before, but just never consistency. Would be nice if they would focus a little more on quality instead of quantity.
