  I brought my 7 year old son in to get a haircut 2 days ago. We checked in online and when we showed up we were fourth in line. We usually go to the Norton location, but the wait at that one was too long so we came here. They were very busy, a few people in the waiting room and about 6 people getting their hair cut. After a few minutes a woman walked to the front and asked for the name, I gave her my son's name and then she spent about 30 seconds looking at her iPad with a confused look. She then said "what phone number is he under?" and I replied with "oh, he's on the screen there fourth in line". She said back to me in a very nasty tone "I asked what phone number he is under". I was extremely taken aback for a couple seconds and then I gave her my number that I booked him under. She said she did not see him under that number and only saw a different name, which ended up being my other son that I also bring there. I told her I usually bring them together but today I just needed one haircut. She asked if there were any other numbers he could be under. I gave her my mother-in-law's number and my husband's number but he didn't show up under those either. This had been going on for about 5 minutes so I finally just said "if you can't find him what do we need to do? Just add him to my number?" and she said back "well then we wouldn't have his notes". My son gets a one all around except the top and then gets about an inch cut off the top, it is very simple, so I told her that was okay because his haircut is very easy and we can just put new notes in. She then proceeded to tell me that they do not like to add people into the system more than once because they don't like to type in notes for someone more than once. I explained that he is not in the system so I don't know what to do, I just wanted to get his haircut. It was 2 days before his first day of school and he desperately needed one. She then started to repeat "I'm just reading what the iPad says" and kept calling me sweetie and refusing to add him to the system and would only cut his hair if she could pull him up under a phone number. I ended up saying never mind, thank you, and leaving, since we were basically refused service. It was extremely upsetting and embarrassing since she was speaking to me that way across the waiting room in front of lots of people. I have never experienced service like this before. Side note: I took him to the Norton location the next day and checked him in under my number and they had his notes and there were zero issues.

  There is a middle aged woman who works there. I think she's the supervisor or manager. She has an attitude ALL THE TIME. Everytime I go for a haircut, and she is there, I turn around and go someplace else. God forbid you tell her you don't want your hair done a certain way. She'll have attitude and you feel like she might do something to mess it up out of anger.

  I normally dont leave bad reviews after a bad service but this was by far the worst exsperience I've ever had at a hair salon! The hair stylist was so rude and extremely rough with my hair. The hair cut itself wasn't the worst but the process of getting it was horrible. If u have any other hair texture besides straight just avoid this place all together. I have long, thick wavy hair that does tangle easily when not using the correct tools and techniques. The stylist had zero patience or sympathy for me at all. Talked/laughed about my hair to other stylists and customers and gave me a pounding head ache from constant pulling and tugging. The hair cut was not worth the embarrassment and complete disrespect I exsperienced their.
