The associate at the register noticed me with my sephora bag & another associate that was running the floor noticed me on line. I waited for a long time since the customer ahead of me was being assisted. Once I got my products out on the counter, she said she couldn't take them because they had to be returned at a stand alone Sephora. I totally understand, but it makes sense for the associate on the floor or even the cashier to tell me this ahead of time instead of making me wait for a long time. I managed retail for years and you should always provide service and ask for the customer's needs. I wasn't greeted in the front nor asked my plan. If I knew ahead of time, I wouldn't have waited on line forever. Attend your service to customers once you see them with a return bag, it's a general retail rule to help that customer right away since returns hurt your sale goal. Won't be coming back.
