    Hi, I have been shoping at this location since the day it opened. I enjoy making the trips there with my teenage daughter. I had a horrible experience at the register with the employee named Amanda. My daughter and I have a great time walking through the isles and everytime we visit we spend over $300. On skincare, beauty, sometimes even gifts. Amanda made our experience an awkward one. My daughter picked up on her attitude. To make matters worse Amanda double charged me for one item and charged me for points redemption without providing us with the gift. It's very disheartening to experience something like this. Working in public service is hard work. Employees like Amanda set the standard for the outcome. She was our final impression and it was not a nice one. I called the store the next day and Alyssa was very accommodating and empathetic. Thank you for providing great customer service Alyssa. This will not deter us from visiting again. But we will definitely avoid Amanda. -CB.

    I went to the store today and I had the worst experience ever in my life at a Makeup store. I was only looking for six items and the girl I asked for help was only able to help me with one of them and she didn’t even bring me to the product, She barely pointed her finger to the area where the product was supposed to be. I thought that she was a bad employee so I decided to ask other ladies working there and they were all just as bad. I felt so unwelcome and it almost felt like they had agreed on not being helpful to customers all. I’ve had way better experiences at ULTA’s. I was literally looking for six little things that would’ve taken them two minutes to find and none of them was willing to help. The store wasn’t even busy. There were more employees than customers at the time and they were all talking in a little group. Never going back here. So sad.

    I had a lovely experience today at Sephora. I had been eyeing a foundation online, and came in with the intention of getting color matched. A lovely lady with a purple balayage helped me (I’m so sorry I missed her name!), she was friendly, helpful, and also assisted me with finding some skincare products, talking me through why she recommended them, as I had mentioned my skin has been harder to manage postpartum. She also brought some of the products to me so I didn’t have to push my baby stroller all over the store. When I was on my way out another associate (who was actively running around for another customer) asked if she could help me with the door when she saw my stroller. 🥹 I had to leave a nice review, because it sounds like a small gesture of kindness but navigating with a stroller can be difficult in some stores and the ladies at Sephora really made this a pleasant shopping experience. ❤️ Thanks for your kindness and expertise today ladies!
