- SLShannon LandestoyDec 17, 20225.0I want to start off by saying that I live in northern New Jersey. To get to this Ulta location. It will take me about 50-60 minutes. The reason I was within the area was because I’ll visit my older sister every so often. I had some time to spare, so I decided to do my eyebrows after not doing them for quite some time, because the previous woman who did my eyebrows made them entirely too thin, and did not listen to my request. Upon meeting Christina, she was extremely kind and very helpful. She reassured me and walked me through absolutely everything that she will be doing to ensure that my eyebrows were exactly what I needed them to be. She not only listened to understand when I spoke, She also made me feel seen and understood through my requests. The entire process was not rushed, and she took her time to explain everything that I asked. In addition to this amazing service, she also assisted me with purchasing certain skin care items after my appointment. I say all that to say this, even if I do not have to visit my older sister within this area, I will gladly and willingly drive the hour to solely, do my eyebrows with Christina.

Each Benefit experience is unique to YOU and your needs. Your Brow &
Beauty Expert (BBE) will kick things off with an in-depth consultation to
ensure you walk out feeling (and looking!) great. Our personalized Brow
Mapping allows you to see which hairs need to go and which need
to grow to achieve I'm-actually-obsessed brows. At the end of the service,
your BBE will wrap things up by styling your brows, so you’ll be ready to
take ’em out and show ’em off.
WHAT IS BROW MAPPING?
Our personalized Brow Mapping technique helps find where the brow
should start, arch, and end, and spots any hairs that need to be removed.
This process ensures you’re not just getting any ol’ brow shape, you’re
getting the brow shape that’s right for you. Once you've mapped out your
shape, your Brow & Beauty Expert will work with you to achieve that shape
through a service, product, or both.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY UPCOMING BEAUTY SERVICE?
Brow Lamination services: If you have allergies to hair dye or perming
solutions, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
lamination service. Swing by your local Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Make sure you haven't had a brow lamination within the 6 weeks
prior to your appointment.
*48 hours in some countries
I’M RUNNING LATE. WHAT’S YOUR LATE POLICY?
We get it, things happen! We’ll do our best to accommodate. However, if
you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your spot may be
given to another customer.
WHAT AGE DO I NEED TO BE TO RECEIVE A BEAUTY SERVICE?
Refer to the age minimum when booking to see whether you’ll need a
parent or guardian present at the time of appointment to give consent for
the service.
