Veronica and Zoe made everything seamless, ensuring we were comfortable and guided us through every step. Blair, the RN, was phenomenal—I’m usually a tough stick, but she was so patient and knowledgeable, and got my IV in effortlessly, Jessica, the esthetician, gave me the most radiant facial; I left glowing and so relaxed. I can’t recommend this spa enough—truly a five-star experience!

She explains everything clearly, answers questions thoroughly, and makes you feel completely confident and at ease throughout the entire process. What truly sets Angela apart is how far she goes beyond standard care. What are your core services and their benefits?
Compression- No pressure, no diamonds! Compression may help your body to improve the flow of blood and lymphatic fluid, boost recovery, circulation and healing. This relaxing treatment applies controlled, dynamic pressure to extremities like the arms, legs and hips using NormaTec Pulse Rx 2.0 technology - the gold standard in compression. Intended to treat a variety of lymphedema conditions including venous insufficiency and help prevent deep vein thrombosis in sessions of just 30-60 minutes each.
What is the age limit for each service?
For medical and core services you must be 12 and older with special protocols. The age limit for Cryoskin is 16 years old.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment and how long does each service take?
Whole Body Cryotherapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. All that is needed upon your arrival is just yourself and good energy! We provide all the needed apparel to ensure you have a safe and fun experience (slippers, socks, robe, gloves, mask, and beanie). Your first time cryo appointment will be for 2:30 with future sessions going up to 3:00.
