I’ve tried their red light therapy and cryo in the past, and I always leave feeling refreshed. Veronika, the location manager, is always so welcoming and makes the whole experience feel personal and comfortable. She even hooked me up with a special BOGO promo for the IV drip, which was such a nice surprise. My nurse Raheem was awesome - very knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease. Makenzie was shadowing and she was so sweet and attentive as well. This location has such a kind, professional team, and I can’t recommend them enough if you’re looking to elevate your wellness routine!

What are your core services and their benefits?
Compression- No pressure, no diamonds! Compression may help your body to improve the flow of blood and lymphatic fluid, boost recovery, circulation and healing. This relaxing treatment applies controlled, dynamic pressure to extremities like the arms, legs and hips using NormaTec Pulse Rx 2.0 technology - the gold standard in compression. Intended to treat a variety of lymphedema conditions including venous insufficiency and help prevent deep vein thrombosis in sessions of just 30-60 minutes each.
What is the age limit for each service?
For medical and core services you must be 12 and older with special protocols. The age limit for Cryoskin is 16 years old.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment and how long does each service take?
Whole Body Cryotherapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. All that is needed upon your arrival is just yourself and good energy! We provide all the needed apparel to ensure you have a safe and fun experience (slippers, socks, robe, gloves, mask, and beanie). Your first time cryo appointment will be for 2:30 with future sessions going up to 3:00.
