I arrived less than 10 minutes late (I left my house in plenty of time but Main St was very congested with some sort of accident and down to 1 lane, completely out of my control). This was my first time at the salon as my boyfriend got me a Mom to be package for Valentine's Day, I am due very soon! So I was very much looking forward to my extended massage and facial. He paid extra to make sure I got a massage, pedicure and facial. I opted to skip the pedicure, and add time to my massage. Therefore, I paid for an 80 minute massage (package comes with a 50 minute), but only received and hour, due to being less than 10 minutes late, which doesn't make sense to me. I understand how salons work with appointments so, I get it. Kind of..but for the price I was charged and it being my first time, I unfortunately will not be back. I gave them my gift card ahead of time so I was charged the full 80 minutes even though that wasn't the service I received. They did however give me a cute little onesie for the baby as part of the mommy to be package. Beautiful salon, I hope other Mama's have a better first experience than I did!

From the second I got there to the moment I left I felt completely pampered and relaxed. The spa was very very clean. They give you a lovely robe and slides to wear. I thought this was a nice touch. I’m in my third trimester and my morning at the spa was an amazing pick-me-up from all the stress. You do have to lay on your side for the entire duration of the massage. I know some places have special pillows/tables with cut outs that allow you to lay on your stomach, however I was comfortable the entire time on my side. The massage therapist was attentive to my requests/needs. The pedicure following the massage was also very nice. The nail tech did a great job. My only complaint was that they used regular nail polish vs gel. Their quiet room made it worth it though. I sat for 30 minutes after my appointment in bliss while my nails fully dried. All in all, I would 110% recommend especially if you are pregnant!!! You deserve a little spa day!

I have been suffering from horrible headaches since a family tragedy, trying to help keep family members safe, helping them in any way they need. I didn’t not realize how all of it was effecting me. After my massage I was sore. I woke up the next morning, no headache, no pain in my neck or shoulders!!! I now realize how much stress and tension I was holding on to. I can’t say enough good things about this place, welcoming, clean, employees were kind and professional. Thank you so much for no more pain/headaches!

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience.
All spa experiences require a credit card to guarantee reservations and are subject to availability. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
To better serve all our guests and respect the time our therapists reserve for you, we now require a 50% deposit for couple’s massages or multiple appointments. The deposit will be taken 48 hours before the scheduled appointments and is non-refundable, as it helps us honor the time our therapists set aside for you and supports their livelihood. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.
Menu services and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
For massage services, guests must be at least 16 years of age and for facial services, guests must be at least 13 years of age. All guests under 18 years of age must get a parental release before the services can be rendered. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards. A Woodhouse gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
