  I never leave reviews, but Jeanette at the Eastview Plaza Sephora completely changed my mind on the company. I have been coming to Sephora for over 10 years and I learned things I never knew about the company’s services because of Jeanette. Not only was I greeted nicely, she took the time to speak with me about all the upcoming deals, offer advice for my shopping trip, but she took the time to scan my skin (never have been told about this) and go through with me what each description meant as well as provide me will an proper shade match. I honestly was shocked that there were not more reviews talking about Jeanette’s wonderful costumer service. I normally go to Ulta for any makeup needs, but I will continue to come back to Sephora as long as Jeanette is working there!!

  Absolutely amazing customer service by Kam. probably one of the best makeup specialists on the floor and you're really lucky if you get her. Extremely knowledgeable about makeup products and will take the time make sure you are getting the right product. She loves what she does, and it shows!!!!

  I visited this Sephora to buy myself a birthday gift, and Nick helped me so much. He’s a fragrance professional who studied perfumery in Paris. Nick was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me to a signature scent that I’m now absolutely obsessed with. 😍 If you want to find a fragrance that truly suits you, you should definitely visit this Sephora. ☺️ Overall, this is the friendliest Sephora I’ve ever been to. Every associate is kind and professional, and the store is always clean and well organized.

  I stopped in to the Sephora on Transit Rd in Williamsville. I was greeted by Claire who was so pleasant, easy to talk to and so helpful. Nick helped too and was so nice. I’ve never been a huge Sephora customer but after my experience yesterday I’ll be back. After the skin analysis both Claire and Nick found the perfect foundation for me. Thank you again to Claire and Nick.

  Jenna is absolutely fantastic. I was looking for a new shade of the Armani foundation, and she was able to find me the perfect shade. I use a lot of different shades based on how tan I am, but for fall I was having a really difficult time finding the right one. The one she picked out matches perfectly in both low lighting and high lighting. Wonderful customer service!
