She would not stop talking to even allow me to say anything. Completely ruined my hair and now I look like Lydia from beetle juice. She was also the one in charge so god help you if you do go here. She doesn’t even deserve 1 star. My advice for her would be to say less and listen to your client. No one wants to hear about your boyfriend the entire time. By you talking so much seemed like you were on drugs.

Hesitant to return to see if they can fix it, because at this point the only remedy may be a buzz cut. I won’t be returning. UPDATE: The manager was very nice and asked us to return, where a different stylist fixed the sloppy work as best he could. My kid really liked this new stylist so maybe we will return after all, but only to see him.
