- KJKenarah JeanJan 23, 20261.0I hated my experience at Sephora. First of all, where's the customer service? No longer greeting customers or asking if they need help or anything. I went in today, and it wasn't that busy they was at least 10 workers around but not a single one asked if I needed anything which I did btw. Sephora is a big place it gets confusing. I finally got help after 20 min of looking around and asking a worker to wait and she will get someone over. After 6 min no one everycane. I respectively left cause that was unacceptable I work at West Chester mall also and this store's customer service sucks. Teach your worker how to have conversations in the back but they are on the floor to help customers and free out to customers and make them feel welcome.
