Extremely expensive as it is when you could go to a tattoo place for half the price but then they add the cleaning solution for $20 without asking if you are interested and peer pressuring you to buy! I been getting piercings for 30 years you could just go to cvs and pick up some kind of disinfectant for again half the price! I’m more upset that it was never even discussed or even asked me if I wanted it. I had to look at the charges and realized there is an extra charge without my knowledge! Feels like I’m at a car dealership! I had to make sure I wasn’t getting charged for something else! Also the nurse looked at my other piercing and said oh interesting in a disgust voice like what is that supposed to mean?! lol just do my piercings and don’t worry about the other piercing but again I’m more upset about hidden charges and do not want anyone else to just tap their card and not even notice! Edit: want to make it a better experience be transparent with your customers!!! transparent with the charges instead of putting in your system and hoping customers charge their card without noticing! As a buisness owner this is shady! Hopefully things change moving forward and discuss the charge before hand and ask if they are interested in buying!! Buyer be aware!

- MMMT MaselliDec 20, 20252.0The piercing itself was fine. However, they automatically ring you up for an aftercare solution which caught me off guard when I was checking out. As I was walking out, it also dawned on me that the tip was calculated based on not only the piercing service, but the price of the earring and the aftercare solution. So a 20% tip was a lot more than it would’ve been if I was tipping on only the service provided. I went back today, after five months, because the piercing is hurting. I asked if someone could just look at it to recommend care and I was told they didn’t have time and next time I should make an appointment if I wanted to be seen.
