- MAMadison Avery1 day ago2.0The shop and piercing experience was fantastic. However, I spent $170+ on earrings which one completely broke apart after 6 months of wearing on and off. I contacted customer support for a replacement piece to which they declined replacing the clearly faulty earring, and recommended I visit the shop I bought them from. I visited the white plains location and the lady at the desk was very polite but didn’t give enough attention into looking at the faulty earring and offering a replacement. She said the computer wouldn’t allow it since it was over 30 days since the purchase. I understand a strict 30 policy, except for products that are clearly defective. Again, everyone in the store was nice I am just disappointed that no options could be offered to me, considering the amount of $ I spent on the earrings initially. It was my first time purchasing anything from Rowan and I wont buy anything again out of fear it will break in under 7 months.

They made us all feel so comfortable. Nurse Jenn was amazing and will definitely be returning for more piercings from her! Highly recommend.

First off, her ear scape was *chef’s kiss* so we trusted her eye and professional opinion 100%. She answered all our questions and gave the best recommendations for future piercings. I felt extremely comfortable and the process was as painless as possible. Definitely worth it and will be back. Highly recommend!
