  Love the new Blu. I have been a client for 2 years and am impressed with the cool cozy atmosphere they built. I love my Massage Therapist, Valencia. The best! Nicole provides the best facial and overall skin care. I enjoy my time with them receiving superior service. I am a forever client as it is an experience that helps combat the day to day. Can’t wait to try Infrared Sauna.

  I had a great experience at this spa today. From the time I walked in and was taken to the room to change into a robe, and off to the quiet room (it may have been a little too warm), and then to the facial room where every step of my procedure was explained. The esthetician was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Crista!

  Blu Spa looks incredible after the new renovations — it’s absolutely beautiful and instantly calming the moment you walk in. Nicole is amazing and truly makes every visit feel like a mini escape, whether you’re popping in for an eyebrow wax or settling in for a facial. She’s attentive, professional, and somehow makes even quick services feel like such a treat! Blu Spa is a gem, and the updates have made it even better! Highly recommend!

  I truly don’t understand the hype around this place. My guess is people assume expensive = good, when in reality this place was a huge disappointment and I would never recommend it to anyone. My sister went a few months ago for lash extensions and immediately felt like the tech didn’t know what she was doing. She ended up leaving with a swollen, irritated eye after spending over $100. After she complained, the manager gave her a $100 gift card to come back and try a different service. I was visiting Buffalo, so she used the gift card to treat me to a pedicure. We booked two “express” pedicures at $50 each — which is already very pricey for an express service, but the place markets itself as a “spa,” so we expected better. Right away, we were told we couldn’t get gel because they “didn’t have time” since we booked express pedicures. I get my nails and toes done 1–2 times a month and have for years, and I have never been told gel takes longer than regular polish for a pedicure. I even offered to pay extra and was still refused. Their explanation made no sense and contradicted how every other salon operates. The service itself was even worse. They soaked our feet, removed polish, trimmed, and painted — that’s it. No scrubbing, no exfoliation, nothing to actually improve the condition of your feet. I’ve been getting pedicures for over 15 years, and even the most basic or “express” pedicure still includes a scrub. Paying $50 for a trim and polish is ridiculous. On top of that, the staff was unfriendly and borderline rude. No conversation, no effort to be welcoming or professional. To make matters worse, after sitting in the drying area for about 15-20 minutes, they assured me my toes were dry, even after I said I was worried about smudging since I had to put socks and boots on. The girl told me to put my boots on without socks. As horrible and gross as that sounded, I followed direction. As soon as I got home, both of my big toes were completely ruined. Between my sister’s lash experience and our pedicure, this place seems extremely inexperienced and overpriced. The quality does not match the cost at all. I will absolutely never be back.

  Always love Blu Spa. I have had facials in other spa's but Nicole is definitely the best! Love the new additions to the spa. Can't wait to see it when it's all done!
