I was there on November 8th,2025 as a walk-in and Missy was who did my hair. After many attempts at different salons Missy totally understand how I wanted my hair done and she did a fabulous job. All the stylists/employees were friendly and very professional. I'll be going to there from now on to have Missy do my hair.🌝

I had got my hair done with one of the lovely ladies there and she did a fantastic job with my hair!! It’s the color I wanted and just a trim. I absolutely love it. She was very sweet and kind and answered all the question I had asked.

Update::::::
I don't believe in deleting reviews but I do believe in updates when they are warranted.
I spoke with JC Penney customer service at the number they provided at which time they said someone would be in touch. I honestly didn't expect much to come of it.
A couple of days later, I spoke with Sandy. A manager at the salon. She allowed me to speak and feel heard. She then offered to put me with a different stylist to attempt to fix what I left with. Not only was she willing to listen, but she seemed to understand. I sent pictures of what I asked for, what I left with, and what it (at the time) looked like. She assured me I would be taken care of, whatever that ended up looking like because I expressed concerns about bleach and my hair breaking more.
I arrived apprehensive. That apprehension quickly dissolved once I was with my stylist, Emily. The experience with her vs my previous stylist was like night and day. She quickly put me at ease. She showed professionalism and understanding. I got to meet Sandy in person as well and she was just as delightful in person as she had been over the phone. Swatches were brought out, discussed, and a plan formed. Instead of leaving heartbroken, I left floating on air. I even ventured out into the mall to do some additional shopping afterward. It's been a long, three year search, but I believe I have finally found my new official stylist. I have the color I wanted at the initial appointment and a renewed faith that I have someone, and a salon, who can take care of my hair.
I have spent the last couple of weeks trying to figure out how to best word this and how to come to terms with it.
I went in a couple of weeks ago and used my work bonus to pay for me to get my hair dyed for the first time in over 3 years.
I left disappointed and heart broken. I requested a deep cherry red. What I left with was the color of a cheap clown wig from a dollar store. I had shown a picture when I sat in the chair; I had booked an appointment and while I was on time, waited for a bit, which was fine - I get things and schedules don't always go as planned. In the notes prior to my appointment, I mentioned that I was going from my natural brown to red. While sitting in the chair, my stylist was chatting with her neighboring stylist. I caught a comment of oh we didnt have red, this is the closest we have. UM WHAT?! If you don't have the proper color, you should let your client know so they can make a decision. Instead, I was literally given neon red hair. I asked a couple of times regarding the color and was told oh it will darken. This was NOT the first time I've had my hair done. I've pretty much run the gambit of colors over the years. Color doesn't typically darken with time; it will lighten and fade. And it has. Substantially. A lot of the color has come out of my hair. It looks patchy. It looks poorly done. Its embarrassing. I was supposed to have family pictures done while we have family in town and I canceled that plan because of how terrible it looks. I was so uncomfortable during my appointment and should have listened to my gut that something didn't feel right with my appointment, especially when bleach was plopped on my head and comments were made about how the stylist wasn't about to foil my entire head. It felt rushed. It felt unprofessional.
I had my husband and child meet me back at the salon and didn't want to make a scene with them there. I didn't feel comfortable asking my stylist to fix it given the state it was and is still in - its breaking off, it is STILL losing color, AND I'm using color safe shampoo. We had planned on making stops on the way home and I literally left with wet hair because I didn't want to see my reflection anymore.
I honestly would just like my money back so I can try to fix it myself or try to pay someone to fix it.
I've never been so heartbroken leaving a salon.

Brought both my young boys there , one for his second haircut ( 4yo) and my son's first (2yo). The ladies were wonderful, very patient with them and made them look so handsome! Will definitely be coming back to this location for future services!

The worst place, they need to teach the hairdressers what the difference between "clean up" and cut half of your hair off is. I made it clear I was trying to grow my hair out but she just ruined all of my progress.
