  Showed up after I posted a negative review last time and was told to go in for a cut. This time I brought 2 of my children and was told it was a 2 hour wait. Then after I explained I left a review online they moved the appointment to 1. I gave them a second chance.

  Wanted a burgundy low lights and blonde highlights. The color blended in my blonde turn pinksaid it would wash out it did not it turned more pink and big patches of blonde it was never burgundy at all.

  I was there on November 8th,2025 as a walk-in and Missy was who did my hair. After many attempts at different salons Missy totally understand how I wanted my hair done and she did a fabulous job. All the stylists/employees were friendly and very professional. I'll be going to there from now on to have Missy do my hair.🌝

  I’m currently crying my eyes out. I asked for a trim and wispy bangs, but they ended up cutting off like 6 inches of my hair off! As for my wispy bangs, I was growing them out for 6 months, because the last time they cut my bangs, they made them butchered short. Well, the girl that was doing my bangs, had no clue what she was doing, so she asked one of her co workers to cut my bangs for her. I explained to them a couple times that I wanted wispy and showed them., but they went ahead and just grabbed a bunch of my hair and started butchering it, all the way above my forehead. When her co worker was done cutting my bangs, she walked away. The worker could tell I was upset so she then proceeded to blow dry my hair. I told her that I don’t want her blow dying my hair because at this point I was holding my tears in. I went up and paid and then left after. My hair means so much to me and I’m devastated

  It was terrible if I could give them a zero I would they did not cut my hair how I wanted I had a picture and everything they kept asking me and asking me how I wanted it and I kept showing them the picture and saying this short and they didn't understand they just kept talking and not paying attention they hit my ear if you good times but then it cut it luckily my friend also got her hair cut and braided and it was not even even or nothing and they put this nasty greasy stuff in it that's had a weird smell terrible I would definitely would not recommend this and the prices are outrageous especially how bad they did they need to find real hairdressers who actually know what they're doing I would not mark them in this to anyone the salon a just an there's absolutely terrible
