- MBMya BJan 29, 20265.0Today I came in around 5-6… i feel bad i forgot the beauty advisors name, but she was phenomenal!!!! She helped me pick out a full face and taught me how to blend! She was so kind and patient. I did my make up once i was home and felt so lovely. 100000000/10 thank you for your advice and kindness. It made a huge difference!!!!! No complaints i do have a few returns for products i have/ lipgloss not my color but thats okay! I will forever recommend this store to beginners!

I politely asked the staff to check it because I didn’t want to give someone a product that might have been opened. The employee who helped me had visible lipstick on her hand, yet still handled the white box directly. After checking, the box came back with a lipstick stain on it, even though I clearly said it was a gift. The box was clean before she touched it. For a $170 product, this level of carelessness is extremely unprofessional. I only asked to make sure the item wasn’t previously opened. Instead, the packaging was damaged because of the staff’s mistake. Very disappointing experience.
