It's the same thing they've had every time we go! How does this happen and why? If you can't do the cut, you shouldn't attempt it! To say I am disappointed is an understatement.
- HCHank ColemanDec 5, 20251.0Listed wait time was 24 minutes at time of check in.. Arrived at 1:15….its now 2:57 and my 9 year olds haircut has not be finished. I asked if they would honor a coupon price of 10.99 that the previous customers had used because of the long time. The stylist said she needed to get her manager, who was quick to let me know that they would not apply that discount. For further context, there were 3 people in line before us (2 kids and 1adult). Several people came in after us and were in and out before we even were called up. There was no apology, simply a justification and explanation that “the wait time is just an estimate.” Most people can understand when the listed wait time is 24 minutes and you end up waiting 30, but to check in at 1:15 and to not leave until after 3pm is a bit excessive. I have been going to great clips since the 1990s, but this marks the 3rd bad experience at this location, so we will not be going back.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
