- GGGianna GiordaniJul 20, 20255.0First time at Sephora and had a great experience, was kindly approached by a shorter girl with green eyes and brunette hair (totally forgot her name, whoops) who was very quick to recommend many products, had great replies to my questions, offered a color match, brought my items to the front when I was deciding on what else I was gonna grab and was available to help whenever, even got me an Ouai sample that I otherwise would have no idea I'm eligible for, signed me up for Kohl's and Sephora rewards, etc. As someone who had no idea how to navigate makeup stores (literally got overwhelmed by walking into the Ulta in the Town Square Mall Plaza), this was a really lovely experience!
