She’s friendly, she listens, pays attention to detail, and always makes sure the cut looks exactly how you want it.

She did not follow my instructions or what was in the slip from our previous visit. Once I saw her using clippers on his hair, I intervened but it was too late and it just kept getting worse. He cried through the whole thing. He is left with an awful haircut and has to live with this for quite awhile now. On top of it all, when I returned in the morning to speak with the manager, she informed me immediately that she was expecting a phone call and was in a hurry. Not very helpful. I am done taking my boys there. Terrible experience! Terrible stylist! Poor management.
