  Dr. Torres is an amazing! I am at that stage where I’m dealing with many debilitating pre menopausal symptoms. In my journey of trying to regain my health after hormonal weight gain, Dr. Torres listens and explains possible causes. Her approach of diet changes, type of exercise has yielded me steady results. Her approach is measured and careful so the wins are maintained. I recently felt I was plateauing and in my mind I said here I go again lose , stop regain. … but she listened and recommended metabolic boost injection. .. it wasn't something i was too hopeful about but in about 2 days my body felt it was working better. I usually jump on the scale at the end of the week but i jumped on and had about a 1,2 pound weight lost. More than the shot is the feeling of having someone in my corner listening and working with me to find solutions and supporting me through this phase. Finally someone who I’m not just number and rushes me through but cares.
