I brought my Beauty Insider card to pick up my birthday gift from Sephora and they stated they couldn't scan it because they weren't a real Sephora. I never had this problem at Sephora within JCPenney - they had no issues scanning my card. They asked for my email so they could look up my account but I couldn't remember the email I had signed up with (not even sure I had included an email when I signed up years ago) and so the employee went away to help another customer and basically abandoned me at the register. I felt very disrespected - won't be coming back.

She helped me find everything I was looking for and never made me feel like I was bothering her with all of my questions. Angelina was also very attentive and kind. They both have great knowledge in all things makeup, hair care and skin care. They are both down to earth and easy to talk to. This is my new favorite place to shop for my beauty needs thanks to them!!!!!
