  Wow what an incredible store and staff! My friend lost her money and we were freaking out looking everywhere and on our way home, we get a call from the store saying they found our lost money! This type of genuine honesty and discretion is unlike any other store experience I’ve ever had and I’m so grateful that Alexia found the lost money, reported it and went to the significant effort to return it to my friend. We are truly grateful and amazed at how they go above and beyond for their customers!! Thank you guys literally so much!! ❤️

  No one wanted to help me so I went up to an employee and asked her if they had a specific mascara… the Dominican woman rolled her eyes, just said “no” and walked away from me mid sentence when I was going to ask if they had an alternative. So tired of poor customer service in general

  I came in as a walk-in looking for a full face makeup service at around 4pm in a slow Wednesday afternoon. I wasn’t greeted by the staff, and when I asked if I could be helped (being that they close at 8pm today) a lady apparently had her shift end in 30 mins and therefor no can do. I’m disgusted at the way my business was handled.

  Navida the BEST makeup artist in Staten Island and in Sephora Staten Island I had the best experience with Navida at Sephora in Staten Island! She is truly the BEST makeup artist there. From the moment I sat in her chair, she made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to exactly what I wanted, and brought my vision to life perfectly. Her attention to detail is amazing — my foundation matched flawlessly, my eye makeup was blended beautifully, and the overall look was flawless but still felt like me. She’s professional, talented, and so sweet. You can tell she really loves what she does. If you’re booking a makeup appointment at Sephora Staten Island, definitely ask for Navida — you won’t regret it! 💄✨

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Sephora location. When I entered the store, there were more than ten employees standing together and talking, yet no one initially offered assistance. When I asked for help selecting a concealer shade, a staff member approached me. She applied the concealer under my eyes using her BARE HANDS which I found highly unsanitary and unprofessional, and you should have seen her face while she was doing it. It made me feel uncomfortable. Overall, the experience did not meet basic customer service or hygiene expectations. I will not be returning to this location. Better to order stuff online or go somewhere else where workers are nice and really want to help you.
