    I don't often take the time to write reviews unless I have a really good reason. Recently I visited Sephora at Khols in Forest Avenue and I am so glad that I did! I was assisted by Rafael, he made my experience very pleasant by taking the time to listen to my needs and concerns, he was very knowledgeable with all the different lines and products and guided me to what best suited my skin, I also noticed he gave the same great level of customer care to everyone asking for his assistance, definitely the best sales representative I ever encountered at any Sephora, I definitely plan in going back to this location and asking him for advice in my future purchaces. Thank you Rafael for your time and kindness 😊

    Go elsewhere for your cosmetic needs as they don't value their customers. I brought my Beauty Insider card to pick up my birthday gift from Sephora and they stated they couldn't scan it because they weren't a real Sephora. I never had this problem at Sephora within JCPenney - they had no issues scanning my card. They asked for my email so they could look up my account but I couldn't remember the email I had signed up with (not even sure I had included an email when I signed up years ago) and so the employee went away to help another customer and basically abandoned me at the register. I felt very disrespected - won't be coming back.

    Best Sephora I have been to thanks to Oneisha and Angelina!!!!! Right from the beginning Oneisha made me feel welcomed and she was always very attentive. She helped me find everything I was looking for and never made me feel like I was bothering her with all of my questions. Angelina was also very attentive and kind. They both have great knowledge in all things makeup, hair care and skin care. They are both down to earth and easy to talk to. This is my new favorite place to shop for my beauty needs thanks to them!!!!!
