- KVKateryna VickersFeb 20, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Sephora location. When I entered the store, there were more than ten employees standing together and talking, yet no one initially offered assistance. When I asked for help selecting a concealer shade, a staff member approached me. She applied the concealer under my eyes using her BARE HANDS which I found highly unsanitary and unprofessional, and you should have seen her face while she was doing it. It made me feel uncomfortable. Overall, the experience did not meet basic customer service or hygiene expectations. I will not be returning to this location. Better to order stuff online or go somewhere else where workers are nice and really want to help you.

The blonde manager kept telling me I couldn't redeem my reward, even though I have done so with no issue at other locations for years prior. When I pulled up my account on my phone, which clearly showed that I was still eligible, she still refused to fulfill my order. She had a rude and snippy tone the entire time, like she wanted me out of the way more than she wanted to help me fix whatever the confusion was. I went to another Sephora later in the day and was able to claim my reward with no problem. Clearly, the only issue was her not wanting to help me check out.
