- VJV JJan 5, 20261.0Awful store, and awful manager that treats customers with a snide and condescending attitude. The blonde manager kept telling me I couldn't redeem my reward, even though I have done so with no issue at other locations for years prior. When I pulled up my account on my phone, which clearly showed that I was still eligible, she still refused to fulfill my order. She had a rude and snippy tone the entire time, like she wanted me out of the way more than she wanted to help me fix whatever the confusion was. I went to another Sephora later in the day and was able to claim my reward with no problem. Clearly, the only issue was her not wanting to help me check out.
