I’m a Patron of businesses in the same lot. My experience is with the owner himself and his vehicle (Black Range Rover). He is completely rude and the first person to make sure he says something about others driving like being too fast in “his lot”.
The ongoing issue is the owner parking his vehicle (black Range Rover) in a handicap parking spot when he in fact does not have a handicap placard or license plate. I’m pretty sure this is because those spots are closer to his business.
This shows a complete lack of respect and compassion to not only his own clientele but to the community that visits the other businesses in the lot. It’s unfair to them that they cannot utilize a handicap parking spot because the owner has a sense of entitlement. If you ever stop by you will also realize that he has rubbed off on some of his clientele as because of hey have started to replicate his actions by parking in handicap spots too without having the proper placards and/or license plates.
Solution is very simple and easy- Don’t park in a handicap parking spot but instead park in a regular spot. If you do end up parking in a handicap in a rush then move the vehicle if someone ask and don’t give them the “ohh well I don’t have time” “I’m busy” remarks.
I will add this is not a direct review of services rendered but instead a review of the interactions with an employee/owner who represent the business.

I went to Meraki today for the first time with a groupon given to me as a gift. Awesome salon! You're treated so well from the moment you enter. Shane is so welcoming and friendly. You're given a warm, infused hand towel while you're waiting... although, the wait is brief. The salon is lovely! Sofia did a fabulous job on my color and blow out. I already made my next appointment. Can't wait to go back!

I’m a fairly new customer at Meraki Hair and have been coming consistently for the past two months. My first visit was with the owner, Jen — such a sweet and kind lady. Since then, I’ve been seeing Natasha, and I absolutely love the way she does my hair. She truly understands my hair type (curly and transitioning hair) , gives great feedback, and always delivers consistent, high-quality work. She also gave me an excellent haircut! Natasha is incredibly knowledgeable and professional — she’s honestly a gem, and I’m so glad I found her here in Staten Island.
The entire team at Meraki Hair is wonderful. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted warmly at the front desk, the shampoo team is fantastic, and even Sophia, who’s done my makeup before, is amazing. Everyone is professional, friendly, and makes you feel right at home. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
I was seen today by Natasha for a blowout, and as always, her work was flawless and consistent. I truly appreciate the whole team for their exceptional service. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
