I have been going to Meraki for almost a year. From the moment I went in for my first hair appointment, I have been treated as if I have been going there my whole life. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Shane is friendly, knowledgeable and can help with any questions you have regarding hair and products. I have built a wonderful relationship with my hair dresser Leslie. She is an amazing and talented stylist. I feel like I am visiting a friend. I am happy every time I leave. I have used other stylists in there when Leslie was on vacation or not in when I needed to make a change to my appointment and I was completely satisfied each time. I Highly recommend. Give them a chance.

Meraki is a TOP NOTCH salon that is not only aesthetically beautiful but also filled with incredible talent. The owners Jen & Shane are the absolute best, they will go to the ends of the earth to ensure that each and every one of their customers are pleased. It is also extremely impressive how well they have come to know all customers and treat them like family. Jen is not only the owner, but an AMAZING and TALENTED WOMAN. She has been doing my hair for a minimum of 25 years and I am still blown away by her each and every time. Jen has hands of gold and an eye for design, the moment the scissors or any other styling tool is in her hands - it is a guarantee that something magical will come of it. Jen is a very loving and caring individual, as well. She does not only share her expertise, talent and technique with those that are lucky enough to experience it firsthand in her chair. She is also a phenomenal mentor and teacher to the younger stylists that work along side of her. Taking the time to groom and guide each of them, she shares proper technique, while allowing their personal talents to shine through, as they advance in their careers. Jen is a LEADER in the INDUSTRY, and I am proud to be one of her many loyal clients.

Love Meraki! From the moment you walk in, you feel taken care of. They’re always so hospitable, offering coffee, water, or a mimosa. The salon itself is beautiful: clean, bright, airy, and thoughtfully designed. Everyone on the team is wonderful from the front desk to the assistants to the stylists. You can tell they genuinely care. Even the hair wash is a treat and comes with the most relaxing scalp massage. Today, Giovanna washed my hair and did such a great job! I always go to Leslie for my color and cut, and she is truly the best. She’s incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and so warm and welcoming. I’ve been seeing her for about a year now, and I leave happy every single time. She really listens, understands exactly what I’m looking for, and brings it to life beautifully. I’ll absolutely keep coming back!

One-Star Review: Disappointing Experience & Poor Management Total Cost: $750 | Service: Microblading Consultation & Initial Session I am writing this to warn others about my experience with microblading at Meraki. I paid $750 in full upfront, which was my mistake, as the results and the customer service were far from professional. The Procedure: The "numbing" process was highly ineffective. I was told a "new numbing cream from China" was being used that "should" work, but it did not. The procedure was excruciatingly painful. While the technician was kind, the actual result was essentially a dark tint that didn't match my natural hair color and eventually faded into a crooked, tattoo-like appearance with visible scarring. The Follow-Up: Microblading is supposed to be a two-step process. After four weeks of healing, the results were so poor that I called to cancel my second visit that Jen recommended for 6 months later. Instead of offering a solution or a consultation to have a PRO fix the work, I dealt with a man named Shane who was extremely argumentative. He insisted the brows "looked great" without ever having seen them in person and refused to even look at the work I was complaining about. The Resolution: It has been a year. I reached out multiple times to reconcile this or receive some sort of credit for the botched job and the scarring left on my face. No one has followed up.

Fallon cut my hair significantly shorter than I asked / wanted. After I briefly said what I wanted, she took off huge chunks of length without confirming throughout the process. I was NOT looking for a big change, I stated that I loved my length. My hair had previously been cut on November 6th and did not have significant damage that needed removing. I asked for a clean up to the long layers (she removed them completely) losing absolutely no more than 2 inches, and a touch up to the face framing pieces, I wanted a few small face framing pieces that fell out of a pony tail not a full curtain bang. There was a clear misunderstanding between what I asked for and what she heard/did. Fallon did not once during the cut confirm the lengths she was removing or ask if I was happy with changes she was making. The full on curtain bang ended up so short I can’t tuck it behind my ear. You can always cut more hair but can’t put hair back. Eventually I spoke up and said that I had lost as much length as I could handle, and she stopped cutting. Really not sure how much more she would’ve cut but there was no indication of her stopping anytime soon before I spoke up. I am incredibly upset with the cut, greatly dislike the way I look, and feel the blow to my confidence because of it. Photos show: My hair pre-cut curled (January 20th) My hair after the cut My hair after my previous cut (not done at Meraki) (November 6th)
