  1st let start with the fact that you have to be escorted In The building. I texted Jessica at 11:55 I was here for my 12:00 appointment. I didn’t hear back from her. Just when I was about to leave approximately 12:25. She texted me back that she was running late. And that she would be with me shortly. Another 20 minutes went by before she was done with her current client and I walked into the room. She went over with me one more time what I wanted I explained what I needed done. I was a little concerned because she is supposed to be the eyebrow artist not me. So I lay down she did the left eyebrow. A prelude to what the eyebrow was going to look like. I ask for a mirror so I could really see what she was doing, and I was told she didn’t have one. That a previous client broke it. Now there’s a Dollar General right next-door to the salon. At any time she could’ve gone over there and picked up a new mirror. The only mirror I could look at was a full mirror that was about a foot and a half away. I really couldn’t see what she did, so trusting the artist I said OK. So we went ahead with the tattooing. It was very quick and very painless she did my left one first. And that came out fine I had told her that the right one was perfect that we just had to clean it up a bit. Well when I was done the right eyebrow made me look angry while the left eyebrow was fine. They were crooked. One was shorter than the other . I was very disappointed. She said that we can correct them now or I can wait for the 30 days for my second appointment. I thought about it I just wanted to get out of there so I said that we do it on the next appointment. When I got home I took a good look at my eyebrows they were so bad I texted her right away and said I want to come back now for you to correct this it was less than 24 hours since I had the eyebrows done . She told me no now I had to wait for the six weeks in order for them to heal. I was very disappointed that she didn’t bring me right away to make the correction. Now after about two weeks of having my eyebrows done they do not look any better than they did the day they were done originally . I contacted the girl that used to do my eyebrows, who I left because it was cheaper to come here. The saying you get what you pay for is so true. I will not be coming in for my second visit whether it’s free or not.

  Since the beginning, she never listened my concerns. I didn’t ask for these eyebrows and she never made the marks required to design them 1st picture (she never discussed color, shape with me). I told her that I was not happy with the result. She said that she will fix it at the second appointment. The 2nd time, she changed the color and shape again but this time I told her that I wanted the marks to guide her. I finished with 2 designs of eyebrows on my face. (2nd picture)I told her that I couldn’t stay like that. She said that she will fix it later. She just took 30 min for the 2nd appointment and didn’t want to fix it the same day. 3rd appointment, I reminded her the different color, designs, length etc on my face, she answered that it wasn’t her !!!! During all the appointment she talked me down and disrespected me. I am traumatized by the experience and will never use a local entrepreneur again but bigger company. I spent more that $470 tips included when I got the $300 offer from her website. I truly believe that anyone should deserve a better respect, consideration and work. I have been saving money for months to get my eyebrows down. I feel so bad now. You can’t imagine how bad I feel.

  I’ve had my eyebrows Microbladed before and was never happy. Jessica the owner took her time and really listened to the look I wanted and gave me exactly what I want. I really felt she cared and wasn’t rushed. I am so happy with my outcome and recommend her !!!

  Been here twice and it's great. She's super detail orientated and addressed all of my skin sensitivities. I felt so pretty with my fancy eyelashes.
