I first came across it on Facebook, and on a whim, we decided to check it out on a Saturday night. What a treat for the Seneca Falls area! As soon as we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the host who asked how we’d heard about them. I mentioned they’d been on my list to visit for a few months, and he welcomed our group of four with genuine enthusiasm. He took a moment to explain how everything worked and even gave us a quick tour of the spa—which looked amazing. We’re already planning to come back and try it! We were then shown into the speakeasy, and immediately felt at home. Books lined the shelves, a cozy fireplace set the mood, and brick columns added to the space’s unique character. Live music played softly in the background, and there were small tables, couches, and various vignettes to choose from, depending on your vibe. It wasn’t overly crowded, so we had the chance to pick the perfect spot. As lovely as the space was, the real highlight was the hospitality. The owners were the stars of the night—warm, welcoming, engaging, and clearly passionate about what they’ve created. He explained that due to their proximity to a church, they only serve beer and wine, but he’s crafted his own creative “wine cocktails” to make up for it. While I went with a traditional selection, my cousin was thrilled with her “winetail” (not sure if that’s the official name). Throughout the evening, he checked in on us, chatted, and even told us about a bar crawl they’re planning in the Falls area. His wife also stopped by our table, answering our questions about the spa and sharing a brochure with details—including a great promo for first-time visitors. We’ll definitely be back—and we’ll be recommending this hidden gem to all of our guests that stay with us!
