  I went up to ask a question about about a perfume and noticed a women with long straight blonde hair (I believe her name tag said Logan but I’m not positive) she berated and harassed another young lady about how she should be wearing makeup to work and implied she wasn’t attractive without it. This is a place where I believe the employees should be stressing that Sephora’s makeup and product enhances a women’s natural beauty. If she puts down other employees like that, then I wonder what she thinks of regular Joe’s like me. Besides that the store was very well stocked with products that are usually sold out and I had multiple employee’s come up to me and kindly asked if I needed help. I knew what I was looking for so I was all set, but it was nice to be asked and then left to my own devices. I then left because I don’t condone that kind of behavior and honestly I felt bad because I wasn’t wearing makeup and didn’t want to feel judged by this person. I think training should include that natural beauty a big part of the Sephora culture. I’m extremely disheartened.

  I love The Sephora! It’s very nice and clean I love how the easy access for me to walk right in Kohl’s!! Me and my grandbabies Love come here to shop with them. My 12 year-old granddaughter loves having skin care we come here all the time to get it for her! It’s always the stock and that’s amazing ❤️

  I cant even begin to express my gratitude to the folks at Sephora. I walked in without knowing much about cosmetics and walked out after a hilarious, banter filled hour and a half and an impromptu lesson on foundation, concealer, lip products, and every question was answered to the fullest extent. Megan made me feel at home and comfortable in an otherwise vulnerable moment, was knowledgeable and kind through every annoying, in depth question I had. Learning makeup and experiencing true womanhood at 30 is quite a daunting task but women who are willing to pass on their knowledge (and their Netflix recommendations) always fills me with a unbelievably strong feeling of gratitude. So thank you Megan so so so much <3
