- TMTessa MurphyFeb 1, 20261.0Disgusted at the lack of work ethic. Called 24 hours before appointment, told they could fit in highlights, and to come in 11 am sharp. My daughter was so excited. I come in 11 and nobody is here, the schedule has us in for a haircut and a full extension customer at 1130. I have never seen such a horrendous misjudgment of communication on the salon’s part. Had I known I would have called elsewhere but it’s too late now. The hairdresser also never showed up, which is also awful customer service. JCPenney should be shut down I honestly don’t know how they are even still in business. Disgusting behavior, since when do customers get this kind of treat?

I made an appointment for Sunday and went during a snow storm only to find out the hair dresser, Lisa Simmons did not come to work and no one bothered to let me know. I tried to give them another chance and made an appt for today on my lunch break with Maria. Arrived 5 minutes before my appt. Maria was finishing up with another client. I was told she would be done soon so I waited. She finished with the blow drying of the other client and then they disappeared into a back room. I waited another 10 minutes and I told them I would have to leave if she wasn't ready for me. I was informed that she was doing another type of treatment on that same client. This was 2 different hairdressers at the same salon that obviously don't care about their clients. I will never go back and will let everyone I know to not use that salon either. Very disappointed.
