The manager is a sweetie and Becky who always cuts my hair and is fantastic and who also gives me great make up advice. I love it.

Walked her to the chair, they washed her hair and then started to cut. The woman stopped in the middle of cutting my daughters hair saying that she had head lice. First of all she humiliated my daughter in a room of people. My daughter started to cry. I asked her to show me, I looked and there were no bugs at all. I asked the woman where she saw a bug, She said she didn't, she saw these White things. I looked and there was nothing on her hair. Because my daughter was completely embarrassed I opted to just leave, but we had to wait for my son to be done. So when I went to cash out for my sons hair cut, they TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR MY DAUGHTERS HAIR EXPERIENCE! Not only did the cashier want to know if my 17 year old son who is 6 foot two was under 12, they also tried to charge my daughter for not even cutting her hair. Afterward I went to another salon, and asked them to check, and they did and said there was NOTHING WRONG WITH HER HEAD. Thankfully the other Salon felt it was important to make her birthday a nice one. But I am leaving this review everywhere, as well as making a formal complaint to the corporate office. This is INSANE.
