This new way to book online that does not allow you to book with you usual tech then charges you to choose them as an option may cost y'all to lose the frequency of most of y'all valuable customers if not entirely. Why should customers force to pay to book with a tech that they are happy with?

I’ve been going to this location for several years now and always have a great experience. A shoutout to Taylor for getting this mama vacation ready! I appreciate you!
Highly recommended Wax it All! I have been getting waxed here for many years. I love how welcoming, professional, & skilled all the estheticians are. I have confidence in everyone on the team and have never had an issue with aftercare. I will keep coming back because I always leave feeling good in my skin, confident, & like I received quality waxes! Thank you for being amazing!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The space is clean, welcoming and beautifully set up. Everyone is so kind and the estheticians truly take the time to understand my skin concerns. The experience is always relaxing, surprisingly comfortable and the results are amazing. The customer service is unmatched. This is officially my go-to spot!

I came here for a Brazilian because of all the great reviews and was genuinely excited to try this place. I’ve had many Brazilians before, and every professional I’ve seen has emphasized that soft wax should NEVER be used for this service due to how harsh and irritating it is on sensitive skin.
When I arrived, I mentioned that I regularly get Brazilians, yet no one informed me that they use soft wax. The esthetician began the service and before I could process what was happening, she was already applying soft wax. By the time I tried to stop her, she had already continued with the service.
Soft wax is extremely irritating, outdated for Brazilian services, and significantly cheaper — so I’m honestly confused why they’re charging $65 while using a product that most reputable salons avoid for this exact service. My skin was immediately red, irritated, and uncomfortable from the soft wax, which has never happened to me with hard wax.
I ended up having to go somewhere else to get my Brazilian corrected and finished properly. The difference was night and day — my skin felt completely fine with the hard wax, proving exactly why soft wax should not be used for such a sensitive area.
While the esthetician was kind, this place should not be offering Brazilian waxes if they are going to use soft wax. Anyone experienced in Brazilian waxing knows that hard wax is the standard.
Overall, extremely disappointed and would not recommend this location for Brazilian waxing
