Chloe is the best in the biz on park ave, and is so amazing to spend some time with. She’s got great conversational skills, so it’s always more than just a mani, and she does incredible nail art. (@nailsss.by.chloe on instagram) but here are some of the designs i’ve gotten here, I swear by her! The space is super clean, and modern and it’s always a pleasure at park ave!
