- DDDanielaFeb 21, 20191.0My review is based on my tattoo removal experience, that is the only service I had there. The office is impressive and walking through the hallways is like walking through a museum. Lovely but not very efficient. I started my treatment a year ago with a doctor that left the practice half way through. At the initial evaluation she was certain she could completely remove the tattoo (~1.5 in yin/yang type tattoo, black ink only, no color) in 3 to 4 sessions. So I signed up for a 4 session package ~ $500. I saw no difference after the first couple of sessions. And they did hurt and I did follow all directions including covering the tattoo all summer. Doc left half way through, Doc Arthur took over and I told her how unsatisfied I was with the results so far. She said she could never promise those type of results. We continued and with the last treatment I ended up with a huge blister that lasted an entire week. And after all that the tattoo is probably no more than 20% lighter. So don't waste your time and money. I was told they had the best laser for removal, they either have no idea how to use it or intentionally prolong the treatment.

I don't use a lot of product, just basically cleanse and moisturize, and I find the silk peel a perfect addition. The esthetician is attentive to my concerns, and completely professional. Each appointment is relaxing and productive.
